1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may request order cancellation before the order is processed and shipped.
• For customized, private-labeled, or bulk orders, cancellations may be subject to terms agreed during order confirmation.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our sales team immediately via phone or email.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are processed for orders that are cancelled before shipment.
• For shipped or delivered orders, refunds are evaluated only in cases of:
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Quality issues not meeting specifications
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with relevant supporting documents (invoice, photos, batch number, etc.).

3. Refund Process

• Once a cancellation or refund request is approved, we initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are made via the original mode of payment or as agreed with the client.
• For international transactions, bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges may apply and will be deducted as per applicable policies.

4. Returns & Quality Claims

• Products eligible for returns due to quality issues must be reported immediately.
• We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
• Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction, while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
